Guestara Raises $500k Seed Funding To Transform Global Hospitality

Guestara, a startup transforming guest services in hospitality, has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by industry expert Sanjay Ghare and other experienced travel and hospitality tech entrepreneurs. 

The funds will be used to develop AI-powered solutions to improve hotel operations, enhance guest experiences, and unlock new revenue opportunities globally. 

With this funding, Guestara will speed up product development and expand its reach, partnering with hotels ranging from boutique independents to global chains.

Akshay Dekate, founder and CEO  at Guestara, said, “Hospitality is more than a service, it’s an experience. Guestara harnesses AI to help hotels elevate that experience, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing guest loyalty. Our goal is to onboard 2 million rooms globally and transform the sector into a data-driven, people-focused industry.”

Guestara says it has onboarded beta clients, including hotels and short-term rentals with over 2,000 rooms, and three global hotel chains. They report a 20% improvement in efficiency, a 35% increase in guest satisfaction, and a 57% rise in additional revenue.
