Good Monk, a Preventive nutrition startup, has raised Rs 33 crore in its Pre-series A funding round at a valuation of Rs 175 crore.
The funding round was led by RPSG Capital Ventures and included Sharrp Ventures and Hyperscale Ventures, the family fund of Dot & Key founder Suyash Saraf. It also saw participation from the families of founders Amarpreet Singh Anand and Sahiba Kaur.
The new funding will be used to invest in R&D for new products, explore new nutrition formats, and expand distribution in Tier II and Tier III markets. Part of the funds will also go toward brand awareness and consumer education.

“The fundraise marks an important milestone as we are building not just a supplement brand but a preventive nutrition movement. By fortifying everyday home food, we aim to make clean and effective nutrition accessible and affordable,” said Amarpreet Singh Anand, Founder and CEO, Good Monk.
Founded in 2022 by husband and wife duo Amarpreet Singh Anand and Sahiba Kaur, the Bengaluru-based Good Monk offers sprinkle-on, science-backed nutrition products that strengthen everyday food without changing its taste.
The brand is popular among urban and semi-urban consumers looking for convenient, clean, and preventive nutrition solutions.
