BuilditIndia, a construction technology startup has raised an undisclosed amount from former indian cricket player Parthiv Patel for a minority stake.
The startup has raised RS 4.5 crore ($516K) so far and is looking to raise another Rs 3 crore ($344K) in its current funding round. It also plans to raise Rs 15 crore ($1.72 million) in a bridge round by November to speed up its growth.

Commenting on the investment, Parthiv said," “BuilditIndia is solving fundamental inefficiencies in the construction materials industry. Their commitment to quality, digital transformation and innovation makes them a game-changer."
Akassh Patel, co-founder of BuilditIndia, sadi, "This investment allows us to accelerate our mission of transforming construction procurement. We remain committed to solving key industry challenges such as pricing transparency, supply chain inefficiencies and quality assurance."

Founded in 2021 by Akassh Patel and Nilesh Patel, the Ahmedabad-based BuilditIndia runs a B2B platform that helps businesses buy construction materials more easily using technology. The company recently hired Preyash Master as its Chief Technology Officer and Director.
BuilditIndia boasts a 70% repeat order rate, showing strong customer loyalty, and aims to reach a transaction volume of Rs 500 crore by March 2026.
The startup has also established a subsidiary in Dubai to handle cross-border trade in building materials and is looking into opportunities in GCC countries and Africa.
