Fintech Startup HostBooks Raises $5Mn Funding Led By Orange Orbit

Enterprise SaaS fintech Startup HostBooks has raised $5 million as part of its $15 million Series B funding round from Orange Orbit, with the first $2.5 million already received.

The company plans to use the funds to grow internationally, develop its products, adopt advanced AI features, and strengthen its sales, marketing, and operations teams.

About HostBooks

HostBooks, based in Gurugram, was founded in 2009 by Biswajit Mishra and Kapil Rana. It offers cloud-based solutions to help businesses manage compliance, accounting, finance, and operations.

The company says it expanded its services in the UAE in 2023.

In 2022, HostBooks raised $3 million in its Series A funding round led by fintech major Razorpay.
