FES Cafe Raises ₹3 Cr in Seed Round Led by Aakash Anand and Wolfpack Labs to Fuel Pan-India Expansion

Gurugram-based dessert-led cafe chain FES Cafe has raised ₹3 crore in a seed funding round led by Aakash Anand and his venture studio Wolfpack Labs. The capital will be used to expand operations, starting with its first Delhi outlet in July, and to accelerate its vision of building India’s first national dessert-first cafe brand rooted in culture, community, and indulgence.

Founded by Vidur Mayor, FES Cafe focuses on eggless desserts and aims to be a third space for young India, blending innovative offerings like puddings, baked cookies, alternative-ingredient cakes, seasonal menus, and savory dishes with immersive experiences including arcade gaming zones and community-driven events like Coffee Raves.

Since launch, the brand has:

• Tripled its revenue in just three months

• Achieved store-level EBITDA of 29.8% by month four

• Grown delivery revenue by 347% in 90 days

• Processed over 10,000 monthly orders as of June 2025

• Reached company-level EBITDA positivity within four months

With its next Gurugram outlet set to open in September 2025, FES Cafe is gearing up to scale with a target of launching 100+ stores by FY 2027 across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. The company also plans to introduce a hybrid COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) and FICO (Franchise Invested, Company Operated) model, alongside delivery-first hubs and packaged dessert lines.
