Fashion brand Outzidr raises $3.1 million in pre-Series A round led by RTP Global

Outzidr will use the funds to grow its operations, open offline stores by March 2026 and launch its own rapid delivery service.

Fashion brand Outzidr raises $3.1 million in pre-Series A round led by RTP Global

Outzidr, a Gen Z women-focussed fashion brand has raised Rs 27 crore (around $3.1 million) in a pre-Series A round led by RTP Global along with participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners.

Outzidr will use the funds to grow its operations, open offline stores by March 2026 and launch its own rapid delivery service.

“It has been around five to six months since we went live, and in this short span, we have served over 125,000 customers. We are on track to do Rs 100 crore annualised revenue before the end of this year,” said Nirmal Jain, Co-founder and CEO of Outzidr. 

“We’re excited to back Outzidr—a team of seasoned operator-turned-founders with deep domain experience and a sharp understanding of Gen Z consumer behaviour,” said Pavitra Gupta, director at RTP Global.

“We invested when the company was at an idea stage last year and since then have seen firsthand how strong customer love has translated into high repeats,” said Mayank Jain, principal, Stellaris Venture Partners

About Outzidr 

Founded in 2024 by Nirmal Jain, Mani Kant Mani and Justin Mario, Outzidr is a digital-first fashion brand that offers trendy western wear for Indian women aged 18–28. It designs outfits for all kinds of occasions—brunches, date nights, college fests, airport looks, music gigs or weekend getaways.

Using a test-and-scale model, Outzidr releases small batches and focuses on what sells best. The brand drops up to 2,000 new styles every month—around 500 each week—on its own D2C platform and popular marketplaces like Ajio, myntra, and nykaa Fashion.

In just five months, Outzidr says it has gained over 100,000 customers, achieved 1.5x retention rates, and launched more than 8,000 styles on its website. It mainly competes with brands like NEWME, Zudio, and Style Union.
