Suryansh Kumar, Founder and CEO of Elevate Now, said, “Our goal is not rapid weight loss, but outcomes that last. Most players in this category optimise for before and after photos. We optimise for what happens months after the weight is lost. When you treat obesity as a medical condition and remain accountable beyond the scale, maintenance becomes the real measure of success.”

A Titan Capital spokesperson said in a statement, “What stood out to us was the company’s ability to combine clinical-grade outcomes with a consumer-first experience. Elevate Now is building a scalable business by applying operational rigor to a problem that has traditionally lacked structure.”

Founded in late 2022 by Suryansh Kumar, Elevate Now is a clinical weight loss company that provides non-surgical, medically supervised weight loss solutions. The startup offers personalised, science-based programs to help people achieve their fitness goals in a safe and sustainable way.

According to the company, it focuses on identifying the root causes of weight gain, such as insulin resistance, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance. Instead of following general calorie-cutting methods, it provides customised treatment plans under medical supervision. The platform works completely online and offers subscription programs lasting from 3 to 24 months. Each user gets support from a doctor trained in obesity care, along with blood tests, glucose monitoring, and guidance from a dedicated health coach.

Elevate Now says it has enrolled over 30,000 paying users so far, with users losing an average of around 10 kilograms in six months. The company also reported an average monthly revenue growth of 17% between April 2025 and January 2026.
