Edgehax raises Rs 1.39 Crore in seed round from IPV

Edge AI Computing Startup Edgehax has raised Rs 1.39 crore in seed funding from Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). 

The funds will be used to increase production, speed up new product creation, and grow into markets in Singapore, the US, and Europe.

Prabhu Stavarmath, CEO and Co-founder of Edgehax added, “At Edgehax, our goal is to become a global pioneer in Edge AI Gateways and Single Board Computers by delivering fully integrated hardware platforms with open-source firmware and scalable cloud software – enabling rapid product development for startups, enterprises, and OEMs worldwide. Founded in 2025 by Prabhu Stavarmath and Savitri Patil, Edgehax creates compact edge hardware that integrates computing, connectivity, and storage on one board. These helps startups, manufacturers, and businesses build hardware products quickly without depending on foreign suppliers.

Edgehax serves over 150 companies and has provided developer kits to more than 100,000 students and faculty at 30 universities and IITs, supporting India’s skill development.
