Deeptech Startup Enerzolve Raises $5.1 Mn in Seed Round

Enerzolve Smart Technologies, a clean-tech hardware startup, has raised $5.1 million (Rs 44.9 crore) in a seed funding round co-led by Jungle Ventures and Kae Capital. 

The round also saw participation from several angel investors, including founders and senior operators from Zetwerk, Livspace, unacademy, Urban Vault, and Panthera Peak.

The funds will be used to speed up IP development, grow engineering and product teams, and scale pilot manufacturing for smart grid and energy storage products. They will also invest in certifications and marketing for utilities, private DISCOMs, and storage developers.

Founded in November 2024 by ex-Zetwerk executives Abhay Adya and Anupam Kumar Bhatt, the Bengaluru-based deeptech startup Enerzolve Smart Technologies builds embedded and power electronics systems for smart grids, renewable energy, and battery storage.

In smart grid and embedded systems, it offers protection relays, smart meters, analyzers, and detectors. Its energy storage and power electronics products include batteries, battery management systems, power converters, energy management systems, and inverters for both industrial and commercial use.

Enerzolve also delivers custom solutions through original design manufacturing (ODM), system integration, and an energy-as-a-service model.
