D2C brand Koparo, a provider of non-toxic cleaning solutions for modern and premium homes, has raised 14.5 crore (approximately $1.7 million) in its extended pre-Series A funding round led by existing investor Saama Capital.
The round also saw participation from Vikramaditya Mohan Thapar Family Trust, DSG Consumer Partners, M Venture Partners and others.
As per regulatory filings, the company will issue 2,314 pre-Series A2 compulsory convertible preference shares at Rs 62,666 per share to raise the funds.

The funds will be used for day-to-day operations, business needs and future expansion.
In February 2024, Koparo raised Rs 6 crore from 4P Capital Partners and Shark Tank India.

Founded in 2020 by Simran Khara, Koparo provides natural cleaning alternatives with 15+ products and 30+ SKUs across categories like floor cleaners, laundry detergent, fabric conditioners, dishwashing liquid, handwash, accessories and fresheners.
In FY24, Koparo’s revenue more than doubled to Rs 10.22 crore, up from Rs 4.37 crore in FY23. However, the company reported a loss of Rs 5.86 crore during the same period.
