CollegeDekho, India's largest higher education ecosystem, has raised Rs 30 crore (around $3.5 million) in funding from Lighthouse Canton.
The funds will be used to upgrade technology, expand outreach and prepare for the next admission season.

In December 2021, CollegeDekho raised $35 million in Series B funding round led by Winter Capital, ETS Strategic Capital, Calega and Man Capital.

Founded in 2015 by Ruchir Arora, Saurabh Jain, Rohit Saha and Rajiv Singh, CollegeDekho offers various services in higher education, including test prep, college search, selection, guidance and enrollment.
Since its launch, the startup has acquired four companies: ImaginXP, PrepBytes, GetMyUni and Scholarship Facilitation Services.
Over the past seven years, CollegeDekho has helped more than two lakh students get into Indian colleges. It also collaborates with universities to offer skill-based degree programs.
To strengthen its leadership, the company recently hired two senior professionals. Arshad Mumtaz, with nearly 30 years of experience, joined as COO of the retail business. Deep Prakash, with over 20 years of expertise in sales and growth, became Head of Sales for the retail business and GetMyUni.
