Bistro 57 Raises Seed Funding To Expand Vegetarian Café Chain In North India

Vegetarian café chain Bistro 57, has raised seed funding to support its expansion.

Several well-known angel investors took part in the funding round which shows strong belief in Bistro 57’s unique approach and its potential to change the vegetarian food scene in India.

The funds will be used to expand into new areas, upgrade technology to better connect with customers, and improve the supply chain. With more people choosing vegetarian options, Bistro 57 aims to grow its presence in the café space.
