D2C mom and baby care brand All Things Baby has raised INR 30 Cr in Series A funding from Inoventures and family office director Richa Choksi.
Co-founder Tejal Bajla shared that the funds will help expand their product range, bring in premium international brands, and grow their distribution channels.
Planning of company
The company also plans to create private labels, invest in technology, and hire new staff.
Founded in 2016 by Bajla and Akshay Jalan, All Things Baby is a marketplace for high-quality baby and mother care products. It has served over 35,000 families in India so far.

Bajla confirmed that 60% of the company’s revenue comes from its distribution network, while the remaining 40% is from its D2C business. Earlier this year, the company opened its first flagship store in Bengaluru.
Bajla also mentioned that All Things Baby plans to expand its retail stores to two new cities within the next two years.
Aim of the Company
The company aims to grow its presence by opening stores in eight major cities across India, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
This growth comes at a time when India’s D2C mom and baby care market is attracting more investors.
Last month, Millenium Babycares, the parent company of D2C brand Bumtum, raised INR 122 Cr ($14.5 Mn) to expand its manufacturing and strengthen its presence in both general trade and export markets.
Meanwhile, The Good Glamm Group, a content-to-commerce unicorn, fully acquired the mom and baby care brand The Moms Co.
About All Things Baby
All Things Baby was founded in 2019 by Tejal Bajla and Akshay Jalan. Tejal, during her early years of parenthood, traveled the world to find the best baby products for her child. She noticed that the Indian market for international baby brands was mainly controlled by the grey market or by family and friends who would bring baby products from abroad.
