All In Capital Announces Rs 200 Cr Fund II To Back Pre-seed Startups

Early-stage VC firm All In Capital has launched its second fund, aiming to raise INR 200 Cr ($23.2 Mn), with an option to extend it to INR 300 Cr ($34.8 Mn).

The firm has already closed the first round of Fund II at INR 85 Cr, backed by prominent family offices in India and abroad.

Over the next three years, the fund plans to invest up to INR 5 Cr in 50 startups, with select ones receiving follow-on investments. While sector-agnostic, it will focus on consumer tech, deeptech, fintech and consumer brands.

All In Capital launched its first fund in 2022 with a $11 Mn (INR 95 Cr) corpus, supporting 51 startups. Most of that fund has been deployed, with some capital reserved for follow-on investments.

Through its second fund, All In Capital has already invested in startups like Taakat (FMCG brand), MedMitra (AI assistant for doctors), Spill Games (mobile gaming studio), Krrvy (shapewear and lingerie brand), and Mixar (AI startup for 3D modeling and animation).

Its portfolio also includes startups like PierSight Space, NewMe, Magma, Vaaree and MeetRecord.
