Ahead of IPO, ArisInfra Solutions secures Rs 225 crore from anchor investors

Mumbai-based B2B ecommerce company ArisInfra raised Rs 224.8 crore from anchor investors, ahead of its IPO opening. 

It allotted 1.01 crore shares at Rs 222 each to 15 investors, including Astorne Capital VCC, Niveshaay Hedgehogs Fund, and Nexus Global Opportunities Fund.

No domestic mutual fund participated in the anchor investor portion of ArisInfra’s IPO. The company filed its red herring prospectus (RHP) on June 12, aiming to raise Rs 499.6 crore through a public issue made entirely of fresh equity shares.

ArisInfra’s IPO will open today and close on June 20. The company has allocated 75% of the offer to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% to non-institutional investors (NIIs), and 10% to retail investors. Its shares are set to list on the BSE and NSE on June 25.

ArisInfra has set its IPO price band at Rs 210 to Rs 222 per share. At the upper end, the company is aiming for a post-issue implied market capitalization of Rs 1,799 crore (approximately $209 million).
