The new funds will help 4baseCare expand its hospital-linked genomics labs across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Central Asia. It also grow its AI-driven precision oncology platform, OncoTwin, which aids doctors in cancer treatment decisions.

4baseCare raises Rs 90 Cr in Series B round

4baseCare, a Precision oncology startup, s announced the first close of Rs 90 crore ($9.8 million) in its Series B round led by renowned investors Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi.

The round also saw participation from existing investor Yali Capital.

The new funds will help 4baseCare expand its hospital-linked genomics labs across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Central Asia. The company will also grow its AI-driven precision oncology platform, OncoTwin, which aids doctors in cancer treatment decisions.

Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi, Co-leads for the round, said, “4baseCare is building a powerful genomics and AI-driven clinical intelligence platform for inclusive precision oncology. With strong hospital partnerships enabling access to world-class diagnostics for patients in clinical settings, the company is well positioned to scale across emerging markets and expand its delivery model for maximum patient benefit"

Hitesh Goswami, CEO of 4baseCare, said,“This funding will help us scale globally while building OncoTwin as an AI-driven decision support platform that learns from real-world clinico-genomic outcomes and supports oncologists with faster more confident insights.”

Founded by Hitesh Goswami, Bengaluru-based 4baseCare focuses on creating population specific clinico-genomic datasets to improve cancer diagnosis and treatment for underrepresented groups. Its platform combines genomic testing with real world clinical data to provide actionable insights for oncologists.

The OncoTwin platform was recently chosen for the MSK iHub program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York.
