FlixBus partners with India’s Paytm

Paytm, a fintech company headed by Vijay Shekhar Sharma, has formed a strategic partnership with Munich-based FlixBus to transform intercity bus travel in India.

FlixBus tickets will be accessible on the Paytm app through this partnership, which will facilitate intercity travel and improve the convenience of Indian travellers.

FlixBus aims to become one of the largest intercity bus services in India and sees this partnership as a way to enhance its distribution capabilities.

Flix is a leader in the transport industry, providing climate-friendly alternatives for convenient and affordable travel through the FlixBus and FlixTrain brands.

The organisation asserts that it has rapidly established the largest long-distance bus network in Europe and has since expanded its operations to the United States, Canada, and Brazil.

Flix-partners are responsible for the daily operation of the routes, while Flix is responsible for the development of technology, network planning, operations control, marketing and sales, quality management, and continuous product expansion.
