Flam, which specialises in mixed reality (MR), has secured INR 38 Cr ($4.5 Mn) in pre-Series A funding from institutional investors, including Turbostart, Twin Ventures, Alphatron Capital, as well as unknown angel investors and family offices.
According to the company, it plans to use the funding to increase its market share in regions like the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Europe, and North America.

The startup's current investors, including Inventus Capital Partners, SVQ, and 9Unicorns, also took part in the investment round, as reported by Inc42.
In 2021, Flam completed a $3.5 million seed investment round, with Inventus Capital Partners SV and Silicon Valley Quad leading the effort.
Flam optimises 3D graphics and makes the development and distribution of mixed reality content possible by utilising AI, picture recognition technologies, image and ground tracking, and more.
