[Funding News] Fintech Startup Care.fi Raises Rs 8 Cr in Debt Funding Round

Care.fi, a fintech startup that specializes in healthcare, has secured Rs 8 crore in debt capital. Wint Wealth contributed Rs 5 crore, while Caspian provided Rs 3 crore in impact debt capital.

The new funds will be allocated to the expansion of its market presence and the enhancement of healthcare fintech, with a particular emphasis on the operational aspect of hospital management optimization.

An additional $0.6 million (Rs 5 crore) was raised from UC Inclusive Credit three months ago, and the Gurugram-based company had previously secured $2 million (Rs 16 crore) in debt capital from Trifecta Capital.

The company provides smart financing solutions to hospitals, physicians, and allied suppliers. It serves as a bridge between the healthcare industry’s funding deficits. The company facilitates smoother operations and accelerated growth by addressing the financial requirements of healthcare professionals and institutions.

Care.fi is presently collaborating with over 50 hospitals and has assisted more than 2,000 patients, according to the organization. It asserts that its cumulative disbursals of $48 million (Rs 400 crore) last year increased by fourfold.
