Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports Appoints Neil Christopher Castelino as Chief Executive Officer

Veteran of the armed services Neil Christopher Castelino has joined the Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports, a self-regulatory organisation for fantasy sports, as chief executive officer.

Castelino has over 20 years of experience and has held a number of leadership positions in operations, public policy, corporate affairs, and stakeholder engagement.

In order to promote best practices in online fantasy sports services and tournaments supplied in India, FIFS, a Section 8 company, was established under the Indian Companies Act, 2013.

Under Castelino's leadership, FIFS hopes to solidify its standing as the leading trade association for fantasy sports in India by creating an environment that is favourable to all parties involved, the organisation said in a statement.

Neil Christopher Castelino has experience working for Bharti Infratel Ltd., Flipkart, and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
