[Funding News] ELIVAAS Secures $5M Series A Funding from 3one4 Capital

Elivaas, a startup that specializes in the management of villas and apartments, announced on Friday that it has received $5 million in Series A funding.

The round was headed by 3one4 Capital. Peak XV's Surge and other angel investors also participated in the round.

ELIVAAS, which primarily operates in the luxury sector, intends to allocate funds to the improvement of its proprietary technology platform, the expansion of its market presence, the optimization of operations, and the enhancement of the overall experience for homeowners and visitors.

ELIVAAS' Homeowner app, which is proprietary, provides real-time insights on bookings, reviews, and maintenance, while the HK app simplifies property administration and check-in. The platform provides visitors with a variety of convenient payment options, AI chatbots, and immersive 3D property tours.

In the span of a single year, the organization has expanded to encompass more than 140 properties in top destinations such as Goa, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
