Efficient Capital Labs (ECL), a B2B SaaS company specializing in revenue-based financing, has successfully raised $11 million in Series A fundraising. The funding round was co-led by QED Investors and 645 Ventures.

ECL plans to use this investment to expand its operations in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The firm has already achieved significant success in the US and India, providing more than $70 million in financing and increasing its customer base to over 100 enterprises within a year.

The funding round involved the involvement of current investors Riverside and Generalist, together with new investors FJ Labs and Eudemian Ventures.

The company provides financing options in many currencies, including USD and INR, and intends to expand this service to include Singapore dollars. This expansion aims to decrease dependence on foreign exchange and facilitate compliance with stringent international standards.

ECL offers non-dilutive funding to B2B SaaS companies that earn large revenue from the US market and have major operations in South Asia.

ECL differentiates itself by assessing a company's overall worldwide sales in many geographical regions, rather than solely concentrating on a particular market.
