ODA Class, an ed-tech startup from Bengaluru, has secured $500K in its Series B round from Skywalker Education Technology Co. Ltd. (Singapore), Daituzi Education Technology Corporation Limited, and Matrix Partners China.
ODA Class has now raised a total of $12.75 million following the most recent round of funding.
The startup had secured an undisclosed sum in its pre-Series A round from Yuanfudao, a leading education company in China, in March 2020.. $9 million was raised by the company in 2021, followed by $3 million in 2022 and an additional $250K in 2023.
ODA Class has indicated that the funds will be allocated to several critical areas in order to optimize their impact, including digital marketing. This initiative will increase the company’s brand visibility and expand its audience.

For students in grades one through ten, ODA Class provides live online courses. The company offers high-quality education at affordable prices by utilizing AI technologies and innovative marketing strategies.
ODA Class, which has employed educators from IITs and NITs, has served more than 25,000 long-term students. Its objective is to enroll 100,000 students in 2024 and to continue to improve its learning platform.
