UIncept accelerated Edtech startup Bodhi AI has acquired SkoolStream for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition is an initiative to offer content, strengthen technical infrastructure and empower teachers and students with a personalized learning experience.

Jaipur-based Bodhi AI was founded in 2017 by Gourav Sanghai, Piyush Agarwal, Prashant Pandey, Bodhi AI is a platform that helps teachers to bring their classes online and grow their student base with their own brand.

It has enlisted over a million teachers and is looking to enter the Middle East.

“The team at SkoolStream already have expertise in the education sector and our collaboration with them will help us become a marketplace for teachers who face issues with delivering standardized content to their students.” Said, Prashant Pandey, Founder, and CEO – Bodhi AI.

“SkoolStream acquisition will add an extra wing to what we are doing. And they as a team will contribute towards our vision of helping every student get a personal teacher”,said, Piyush Agarwal, co-founder, and COO at Bodhi AI.

Kota-based SkoolStream was founded in 2020 by IIT Graduates Parveen Garg, Sahil Jindal, and Umesh Kumar, it is an AI-based learning management system that enables coaching institutes and teachers to go online within minutes.

So far, Bodhi AI has already created over 30k white-label apps for teachers, which is the highest number of white-label apps created by any ed-tech start-up. Global Ed-Tech Start-up Awards 2022 winner Bodhi AI is hoping to onboard 1 million teachers by the end of this year and provides over 10 million one-to-one video calls between teachers and students.
