Google-supported ed-tech startup Adda247 has acquired PrepInsta, a placement preparation startup.
With this growth, Adda247 is taking a significant step toward its goal of evolving from a test-prep platform to a merged source of job-focused teaching and skill-building programs for public as well as private sector positions.
Adda247 is an edtech startup that was co-founded in 2016 by Anil Nagar and Saurabh Bansal. It provides e-books, live online lectures, video courses, and mock exams. The business has also ventured into the higher learning and skill development fields.
Over 8 million engineering students have benefited from PrepInsta's placement and upskilling services, making it one of the most popular websites in India. Atulya Kaushik, Aashay Mishra, and Manish Agarwal, the founders of PrepInsta, were listed in Forbes' 30 Under 30 list.
PrepInsta offers courses that improve skills and prepare students for successful job interviews by connecting job seekers and companies. They provide over 200 courses on topics such as Java, Python, machine learning, AI, and many more.
