According to reports in the media, Delhi-based edtech unicorn Physics Wallah acquired United Arab Emirates-based startup Knowledge Planet on Monday in a transaction whose terms were not disclosed.
In the coming year, Physics Wallah plans to broaden its operations throughout the GCC region with the assistance of this partnership. A post on a social media platform was the source of the news, as per reported by BW Disrupt.

“Proud to announce the acquisition of Knowledge Planet UAE by PW (PhysicsWallah). With its first international acquisition, Physicswallah aims to serve the Indian diaspora globally,” LinkedIn post reads.
The merger of these two businesses will help Sachin Bharti Gupta and Alakh Pandey’s joint vision of offering affordable, high-quality education to students throughout the Middle East come true.
