[Funding alert] Drone startup EndureAir Systems raises 13.5 Cr in seed round

Drone startup EndureAir Systems has raised Rs 13.5 Crore in its seed funding round from Jalaj Dani, (co-promoter Asian Paints).

Robotics startup Addverb Technologies also participated in this round.

The startup plans to use the funds for its expansion and for scaling up manufacturing. It will also use the new capital to drive innovation and meet the demand for drones with heavy payload capacity.

The Noida-based EndureAir Systems was founded in 2019 by Prof. Abhishek, Prof. Mangal Kothari, Rama Krishna and Chirag Jain, It provides UAS/RPAS solutions by performing a wide range of functions such as border surveillance, logistics and drug delivery, aerial mapping, crowd monitoring, ISR applications, providing situational awareness.

“This funding round will give an impetus to EndureAir’s momentum by scaling up its operations and innovating further by pushing the capabilities of the current designs,” said, Rama Krishna, co-founder, and CEO of EndureAir.

The startup claims to have delivered over 10 products and holds 5 patents in the area of ​​vertical takeoff and landing technology.

It has so far collaborated with government agencies like Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Uttar Pradesh Police, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), and others.

The startup has client companies such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Zen Technologies, Delhivery, and among others.

"This investment strengthens EndureAir System’s commitment to delivering world-class, innovative, high-performance UAV solutions to Indian customers quickly. The investment would be used to expand our product line-up to meet the futuristic demand for heavier payload capacity UAVs,” said, Abhishek, founder and director of EndureAir Systems.
