Delhivery, a logistics behemoth, has reportedly announced a strategic partnership with Teamglobal Logistics to improve its ocean freight services.
The partnership is designed to simplify logistics operations for businesses involved in global commerce by offering a more comprehensive solution, as indicated by media reports.
The partnership emphasizes inbound and outbound logistics, with a particular emphasis on Less Than Container Load (LCL) shipments. It is anticipated that Delhivery’s LCL services will be expanded to more than 120 countries.
Delhivery will utilize its inland Part Truckload (PTL) shipping solution, which covers over 18,700 pin codes in India, to assist Teamglobal in its operations, as stipulated in the agreement.
In exchange, Teamglobal, the largest LCL operator in India, will provide its expertise in LCL shipments to expand Delhivery’s global presence.

The partnership is intended to address the long-standing issue of Indian businesses coordinating with multiple service providers for cargo transportation to and from international destinations.
