Ugees, a business that specialises in undergarment care, secured an undisclosed sum from startup accelerator EvolveX during its pre-seed fundraising round.

The company plans to use the money to improve customer acquisition, optimise operations, and launch new product lines in the dynamic wellness industry.

“We aim to promote better hygiene practices with Ugees-undergarment liquid wash and change how undergarment care is perceived and practiced,” said Samiksha Yadav, co-founder and chief executive officer, Ugees.

Rahul Tyagi and Samiksha Yadav launched Ugees, which has its headquarters in Noida. The liquid wash from the undergarment care company Ugees includes antibacterial and antifungal qualities that get rid of bacteria that cause infections.
