COWRKS, a provider of workspace solutions, has announced its expansion by launching new locations in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The newly established centres are conveniently positioned at Equinox in Mumbai and Ecoworld and Centennial in Bengaluru.

This expansion will provide an additional 1.4 lakh square feet, resulting in a total presence of 15 lakh square feet for the brand throughout India. With a total of 34 facilities around the country, this expansion increases the brand's ability to fulfil the increasing need for high-quality workspace solutions in major urban regions.

Parul Thakur, Senior Vice President & Business Head, COWRKS states that the introduction of these new centres signifies the increasing need for high-quality, adaptable office solutions from both small businesses and major corporations, which is in line with our strategic objectives. The desire for such workplaces is motivated by the necessity for efficient operations, adaptable work environments, active employee involvement, and uninterrupted corporate operations.

At COWRKS, our commitment is to achieve sustainable growth by providing dynamic workspaces that offer outstanding hospitality and cutting-edge architecture, all with the goal of supporting the success of our partners.

The new COWRKS centres showcase a contemporary design aesthetic, distinguished by spacious, well-lit interiors and the incorporation of biophilic materials. Each centre is designed with an emphasis on collaborative and adaptive design. It features designated quiet zones for concentrated work and areas for bigger teams. The design is further enhanced with expressive art and brilliant colours. Our internal design team works closely with clients to personalise each area, including their brand philosophy and enhancing efficiency.

COWRKS caters to a wide range of clients, including leading Fortune 500 corporations, startups, and famous unicorns. The New Age Flex Workspace Report by Anarock reveals that Bengaluru has emerged as the dominant city in the growing trend of flexible office spaces in India. This is primarily due to the changing work habits and a consequent surge in demand. Bengaluru currently holds a significant 25 per cent share of the flexible workspaces in India, with Mumbai following closely behind at 13 per cent.

COWRKS enriches its workspace solutions at Brookfield Properties campuses by providing amenities such as retail spaces and recreational facilities, hence enhancing the overall high-quality experience. This strategy not only highlights the need to address employee requirements but also enhances the overall employee experience.
