Circuit House Technologies, a manufacturer of consumer electronics founded by Raghu Reddy, the former chief business officer of Xiaomi India, announced that it has raised $4.3 million in a fundraising round headed by Stellaris Venture Partners and 3one4 Capital.
This is the company’s first institutional fundraising raise. A number of angel investors also contributed to the funding, including Abhishek Goyal and Varun Alagh, cofounders of Tracxn and Mamaearth, respectively.
The company stated that all of the financing was provided through equity funding, although it did not reveal the valuation at which the funding was made.

Beginning with items in the home entertainment sector that will be released in the first part of next year, Circuit House will design and market consumer electronics.
In March of this year, Reddy and Kailash Sankaranarayanan founded the company. Sankaranarayanan was previously senior director and revenue head of grocery at e-commerce giant Flipkart, while Reddy was previously chief business officer of the India division of smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi.
