CirclePe is allowing the smart renting functionality for independent retail landlords and co-living operators through partnerships with leading proptechs, offering a simple and hassle-free rental experience.
Renters with good credit can choose CirclePe’s “Smart Renting” option, which entails paying just the rent each month with no additional fees, and move in with no security deposit.
With CirclePe, landlords and co-living operators may access funds without having to pay large security deposits, upending the conventional rental value chain.
