The automotive and finance technology company CarDekho Group has announced that Neelesh Talathi has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the organisation.
Neelesh served as the CFO for the Mensa Group of Companies before joining CarDekho.
Prior to this, he was in executive roles with Trendsutra Group, Vedanta Ltd., and Unilever, which included the parent company of Pepperfry.com as well as other international and local businesses.
Neelesh has more than 20 years of expertise in corporate governance, equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, and financial planning and analysis.

By improving capital allocation, boosting M&A activity, advancing financial planning, and opening up new growth prospects at the Group level, Talathi’s appointment will improve the group’s IPO performance.
