Captain Fresh, a company specializing in the supply chain of seafood, has just purchased Koral, a Polish company that produces and distributes salmon products under its own brand.
Captain Fresh has entered into a contract with Abris Capital Partners, a private equity investor specializing in ESG transformation, and Boguslaw Kowalski, the founder of the company.
The completion of the deal is contingent upon obtaining approval from the Polish antimonopoly office and other relevant regulatory authorities.
