Capillary Technologies, a global provider of customer loyalty and engagement solutions, announced the expansion of its Series D round to $140 million, with $20 million earmarked for Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) payouts. This significant increase underscores the company’s continued growth trajectory and investor confidence in its strategic vision.
The $45 million that Capillary raised in its first Series D round has now more than tripled in size as a result of the same group of investors led by Avataar Ventures. This illustrates the business's strong performance and promising market.

The extra funds will support Capillary's AI projects (generative loyalty), quicken its international growth, and solidify its leadership position in the customer loyalty SaaS solutions market.
