C5i, an AI & Analytics firm, has added Dr. Ananth Raman, who holds the position of UPS Foundation Professor of Business Logistics at Harvard Business School, to its Strategic Advisory Board (SAB).
Dr. Raman is a professor at the Harvard Business School, where he instructs on several aspects of Technology and Operations Management. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in research and business consulting, particularly in the fields of Supply Chain Management and Service Operations.
He has assisted numerous retailers and suppliers in the design and development of decision-support systems for supply chain management. He acts as a consultant to several chief executive officers of multinational corporations.

Dr. Raman at C5i will offer advice and suggestions on business strategy, intellectual property development, and market positioning for the company’s artificial intelligence products in the fields of Supply Chain, Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and other sectors.
Dr. Raman’s research has been included in prestigious academic publications such as Harvard Business Review, California Management Review, Management Science, Operations Research, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management. He co-directs the ‘Consortium for Operational Excellence in Retailing,’ a study group that includes academics from several institutions and prominent retailers in the sector. His co-director is Marshall Fisher from the Wharton School.
