Bonatra, a holistic health startup that treats, manages, and reverses chronic diseases, acquired women’s health and wellness firm MyAva.
Bonatra hopes to develop its holistic healthcare programmes and become a chronic disease management platform with this purchase, as per reported by Indianweb2.

Commenting on the acquisition, Rahul Kishore Singh, CEO and Co-Founder, Bonatra, said, “We are thrilled to welcome MyAva to join the Bonatra family. Bonatra wants to launch new IoMT devices, including a smart ring, in India in the next six months to enhance its medical, data, and technological solutions.
