boAt and cult.fit, two lifestyle and fitness companies have partnered to introduce the groundbreaking at-home workout programme “Fitness Xtended.”

The six-week programme was created by some of the most well-known fitness and lifestyle trainers, including Suvini Mehra, Naveen Sharma, Carolyn Theresa Simon, and Niran Ponnappa. It combines yoga, strength training, conditioning exercises, and HIIT workouts, as per reported by Business World.

This collaboration highlights the benefits of accurate tracking and fitness activity, as well as their attractiveness and potential influence. Anyone who possesses specific boAt smartwatches can access the program’s special fitness videos on the Crest App from boAt. The cult.fit App also offers access to the material. The programme consists of 24 sessions spread across two parts of three weeks each.
