Deepika Deepti is now the head of marketing for Bata India. Deepika Deepti has worked in business and marketing roles for top brands for more than 20 years.
Deepika is a graduate of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, where she focused on apparel and accessory design. She is poised to support Bata’s ongoing success with her proven track record of fostering partnerships, streamlining processes, and accelerating retail growth.

Deepika worked for Metro Brands Ltd. as senior vice president of marketing before coming to Bata India.
With previous positions at Adidas and CAMP SMA, Deepika is renowned for establishing and fostering the sneaker culture in India. In her current position at Bata India Limited, Deepika is set to maintain and enhance a new fashionable trajectory for the brand in the fashion and lifestyle sectors.
