Bartronics India Limited Partners with AI Developer Jarvis

Bartronics India Limited intends to make a strategic investment in Jarvis, an investment advice firm that utilizes AI and Machine Learning technology and operates under the brand name 'Ventugrow'.

Bartronics plans to invest in Jarvis in order to acquire a 3% ownership share. Additionally, they will receive an extra 2% through Advisory Board Equity, sometimes known as sweat equity. This will give Bartronics a total ownership position of 5% in the B2B market.

In addition, Bartronics intends to obtain a majority ownership of 51% in a newly established subsidiary, known as the "New Entity," which will specifically target the business-to-consumer (B2C) market.

Bartronics views this strategic initiative as a crucial achievement that will enhance its position in the fast-growing financial technology market that relies on artificial intelligence. Bartronics aims to improve its data analysis and decision-making processes by incorporating Jarvis' AI and ML capabilities. This integration is expected to result in more advanced and efficient service offerings.
