Arnya Realestates Fund Advisors, an alternative investment management firm, has successfully closed the first close of its Rs 1,000-crore maiden debt fund, raising Rs 375 crore.
The Arnya Real Estate Fund, which was established in April 2024, has received commitments from a wide range of investors, such as family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

The fund aims to accumulate Rs 1,000 crore, with an additional green shoe option of the same sum. Arnya Realestates Fund Advisors provides a variety of real estate investment products, such as equity, rental, and debt investments.
