[Funding alert] Cloud Security Platform Arch0 Secures $1.25 Mn Funding Led by Leo Capital

Leo Capital, a venture capital firm, led a $1.25 million pre-seed investment round for cloud security firm Arch0.

Other investors Village Global, Indian Silicon Valley Capital, Appreciate Capital, Supermorpheus, and others participated in the round as well.

Part of the funds will be used to further the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in cloud security actions, while the business plans to use the newly-raised resources to grow its core workforce, as reported by ET.

“While building cloud security solutions and helping clients in our previous company with implementing cloud security, we encountered multiple problems and complexities involved in it. Later, we decided that there needed to be an easier way to go and solve this, and that’s when we decided to start building Arch0,” Nithin Jois, CEO, and cofounder of Arch0, told ET.

With the majority of its revenues coming from there, the startup’s primary target market is the US market. In Bangalore, it also keeps up a development staff.
