[Funding alert] Akshayakalpa Organic Raises INR 100 Cr in Series C Funding, Led by A91 Partners

The organic dairy firm Akshayakalpa Organic, led by A91 Partners, has secured Rs 100 crore (about $12 million) in its Series C fundraising round.

According to regulatory filings from the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the board of Akshayakalpa Organic approved the issuing of 41,35,010 Series C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) in the Series C round, raising Rs 100 crore ($12 million) at an issue price of Rs 241.84 per share, as reported by thenumbernews.com.

A91 Partners led the investment round with a Rs 64.8 crore contribution. With contributions of Rs 18.6 crore and Rs 16.6 crore, respectively, former investors Rainmatter Capital and British International Investment also took part.
