AIC NMIMS, an Atal Incubation Centres in India funded by Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) set up by NITI Aayog, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with legaltech company LegalWiz.in.
The deal aims to address the teething problems faced by new startups when it comes to understanding and handling legal compliance and other technical matters such as including IP registration, tax registration, and filings. In addition, it will also assist startups with trademark, patent and copyright matters apart from legal drafting in a transparent manner.
Ahmedabad based Legalwiz.in was founded in 2016 by Shrijay Sheth and Namann Pipara, It helps start-ups with legal, financial, corporate and taxation compliance. It has served more than 6,000 start-ups and MSMEs across India till date.

“Taking care of legal and compliance issues is a very important aspect of any business and this valuable partnership will help our incubatees and nascent start-ups to soar high without having to worry about the legalities.
