Artificial intelligence (AI) based customer and field service platform Neuron7 has raised $10 million (around Rs 53 crore) in its Series A funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures.
The company plans to use the funds to grow its product and customer teams in the US, India and expand its customer service intelligence platform to help companies diagnose and resolve issues in seconds.
San Jose, California-based Neuron7 was founded in 2020 by Vinay Saini and Niken Patel,It helps enterprises make accurate service decisions at large.
The company claims to deliver service forecasting in seconds by ingesting and analyzing signals from structured and unstructured enterprise data as well as inputs from top experts.
“Knowledge in an enterprise is siloed. Support, field service and engineering expertise is spread across systems, data and experts. Re-thinking the way intelligence is captured and shared across silos in the enterprise, Neuron7.ai creates an enterprise-wide resolution system of record,” said, Niken Patel, CEO of Neuron7.ai.
Since its inception, Neuron7 claimed to be deployed by companies such as Keysight Technologies, Xilinx, Parkview Healthcare, SoftTek and others.
