[Funding alert] AI consulting platform Navikenz raises $4 mn in funding

Navikenz, a consulting-led AI services startup, has raised $4 million in Seed funding round from Sudip Nandy, ex-CEO Aricent and Sekar PRC ex-CEO Hexaware.

The startup will use the funds to expand its footprint in India and the United States.

New Jersey-based Navikenz was founded in 2020 by Anjan Lahiri and Samit Deb, It is helping enterprises find and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve business processes and replace ‘human effort with human intuition’.

The company is looking to hire more talent from India in its AI Architecture and Business Consulting segment and in the next five years, it aims to become a significant player in the IT services space.

The latest results show that companies headquartered in emerging economies have seen the biggest increase in AI adoption since last year, including China, the Middle East and North Africa, and that of all regions, Indian companies have the highest adoption rates.
