Agrizy, a B2B agri-processing platform, has secured $9.8 mn in Series A funding. The funding round was led by Accion, a digital lending non-profit, and Omnivore, an agri-investor.
Agrizy plans to utilize the new capital to broaden its product offerings and geographical reach. Additionally, the firm intends to establish a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) and provide value-added advisory services.
Agrizy also hopes to offer financial services to MSME processors and farmer-producer associations, as stated in a corporate announcement.

Agrizy is an agricultural technology firm founded by Vicky Dodani and Saket Chirania. The organization situated in Bengaluru specializes in incorporating technology into the agricultural industry, with a specific focus on improving the processed agri-food supply chain.
The objective is to optimize the effectiveness and long-term viability of food processing and distribution by establishing connections among different participants, such as suppliers, processors, and buyers of agricultural products.
