[Funding News] Agritech Robotics Startup Niqo Robotics Secures $13 Mn Series B Funding

In a Series B investment headed by Brida Innovation Ventures, agritech robotics startup Niqo Robotics (previously TartanSense) secured $13 million. Both Omnivore, an existing investor, and Fulcrum Global Capital, a new investor, made sizeable investments in the round.

In a Series B investment headed by Brida Innovation Ventures, agritech robotics startup Niqo Robotics (previously TartanSense) secured $13 million. Both Omnivore, an existing investor, and Fulcrum Global Capital, a new investor, made sizeable investments in the round.

With this, Niqo has raised $21 million in total funding, which includes a $2 million seed round in 2019 and $5 million from FMC, Omnivore, and Blume Ventures in a series A round.

Niqo claims that it would commercialize more than 90,000 acres of land in 2023–2024, helping more than 1,800 farmers.

According to Jaisimha Rao, founder and CEO of the company, Niqo intends to expand its market reach and accelerate the worldwide commercial of spot spraying.
