Becky Edington has been appointed vice president of footwear, product creation, engineering, and R&D by Agilitas Sports, an innovative sportswear and athletic solutions platform.
Edington will lead Agilitas Sports’ innovation initiative and improve the company’s methods for developing new products.

Edington will work closely with the Mochiko development and manufacturing teams in her new position at Agilitas, where she will be in charge of product development engineering, materials development, and product testing.
She has almost thirty years of leadership expertise in innovation, sourcing, supply planning, and product design from her time at Converse and NIKE. She most recently served as NIKE’s vice president of footwear development before leaving the company in the summer of 2023.
