Aatmnirbhar Accelerator Fund to be Established by the Government for Agri-Startups, and DigiLocker to Be Launched for Startups and Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises: Union Budget 2023-24
On Wednesday, Nirmala Sitharaman, the Minister of Finance, announced the establishment of the Atmnirbhar Accelerator Fund as part of her presentation of the Union Budget for the fiscal year 2023–2024.

The fund's primary objective will be to provide farmers with access to cutting-edge technology as well as creative and cost-effective solutions. Nirmala Sitharaman said.
Nirmala Sitharaman, the Minister of Finance, gave her Budget 2023-24 speech in the Parliament, where she released plans to introduce DigiLocker storage and sharing services for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and other business entities, including startups, in order to enable more advancement in financial technology services.

The date of incorporation for startups to be eligible for income tax benefits has been extended to March 31, 2024, as part of a significant statement made by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the context of the annual Budget for startups, as per reported by various media reports.
